All goods are made to order so we ask for a little patience when fulfilling your order, especially large or intricate pieces.
When you place an order with us we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm the expected time frame required to fulfil your order. This will be dependent on the size and complexity of the order and existing commitments.
The time frame quoted is an estimation only and can be subject to change.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the order we will advise you of this.
Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website due to the nature of the materials used.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
Jewellery findings eg: bell caps, clasps etc may vary slightly from those shown due to the availability of some items.
All sizes given are approximate.
Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

Postage charges will be shown when goods are placed in your basket prior to you placing your order.
You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
We use a secure payment facilities for online purchases. All transactions go through PayPal or Stripe payment gateways which accept most major credit/debit cards. You do not need to be registered with PayPal or Stripe to use this facility. Payment can also be made by bank transfer if preferred.
Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
Once your order is complete we will notify you of dispatch.
You will be informed of the estimated delivery date in the confirmation email sent when we have reviewed your order. Any dispatch date is an estimate only, which can change without notice.
We aim to dispatch orders for jewellery and items up to 12cm in size within 14 days but please allow 28 days for delivery. For all other orders please refer to the order confirmation email.
Delivery charges start at £2.50 (UK )and are then dependant on the weight of your order and destination country. Cost of delivery can be seen when goods are placed in your basket prior to making your order.
Delivery will be by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Courier.
Small items will be sent using Royal Mail Signed For, larger items will be sent using Parcelforce or courier.
We can deliver in Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland and Europe. Selected non-European countries can also be accommodated at an additional cost.
We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order.
We reserve the right to pass on any charges incurred where parcels are returned to us due to customers supplying an incorrect/incomplete postal address.
If your parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay additional postage for re-delivery of the parcel plus any extra charges incurred by us for the return of the parcel to our office.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we cannot be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You can cancel your order on receipt of the email stating expected delivery time frame if you do not wish to proceed with the order. This must be done by replying to the email within 24 hours, after this it will be considered that the time frame has been accepted and the order will proceed. Any payment made will be refunded in full.
You can cancel at any time up to seven working days after the day of delivery. To do this please e-mail stating your reason for cancellation. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
If you cancel, you must return the goods within seven days of cancellation at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
Any payment that has been made will be fully refunded dependant on the goods being returned in good condition.
This policy does not apply to any items which have been personalized or modified to your own specification; these goods are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and are exempt from the right to cancel.
In the unlikely event there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email providing details of the problem. It would be helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem. We will attempt to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged as soon as is reasonably possible. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received by us and checked.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
We will replace defective goods free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request.
If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.
We are unable to guarantee an exact colour match due to the nature of the product.
