Delivery
You will be informed of the estimated delivery date in the confirmation email sent when we have reviewed your order. Any dispatch date is an estimate only, which can change without notice.
We aim to dispatch orders for jewellery and wood carvings up to 12cm in size within 14 days but please allow 28 days for delivery. For all other orders please refer to the order confirmation email.
Delivery charges start at £2.50 (UK) and are then dependant on the weight of your order. Cost of delivery can be seen when goods are placed in your basket prior to making your order.
Delivery will be by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Courier.
Small items will be sent using Royal Mail Signed For, larger items will be sent using Parcelforce or courier.
We only deliver within Great Britain at this time.
We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order.
We reserve the right to pass on any charges incurred where parcels are returned to us due to customers supplying an incorrect/incomplete postal address.
If your parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay additional postage for re-delivery of the parcel plus any extra charges incurred by us for the return of the parcel to our office.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we cannot be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
